When you ask Mizo for a campaign, it works through a few clear stages, and you stay in control at every one. Here's what happens between your first message and your campaign going out.
Give Mizo your website address and it reads your site to build a brand kit: your logos, colors, images, and a profile of your business, audience, offerings and tone of voice. Campaigns are written and styled from this kit.
For a new campaign, Mizo may ask a few quick questions first, such as which brand kit to use or what tone you want. You can skip any question you don't want to answer.
Mizo shows you what it's doing as it works:
You can also attach a CSV of contacts to the chat, and Mizo will check it with you before importing anything.
Ask for changes in plain language, such as "make it shorter" or "add a discount code section". Mizo updates the draft and the preview. If you don't like a change, you can return the chat to an earlier point.
Nothing is sent until you approve it. When your draft is ready, Mizo shows a Confirm send or Confirm schedule summary with the recipients. Confirm to go ahead, or cancel to keep working on the draft.
Note: Mizo has built-in guardrails and may decline a request it can't help with. Every campaign still has to follow Mailzzy's Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy.
Your chats are saved, so you can pick up a campaign later. Rename or delete a chat from the chat list. Deleting a chat removes it from your list and from what Mizo can refer back to.
