At Mailzzy, accessible from mailzzy.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. As a technology company, we’re providing this Global Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) to explain how we, Softsages Technology`, and our product Mailzzy (collectively “Mailzzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collect, use, share, or otherwise process information that we collect through our services. These services include, as applicable, our websites, mobile applications, social media pages, marketing activities, and other activities described in this Privacy Statement, or when other businesses provide us your personal information (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Statement is global, meaning it applies to all Intuit Services. We may provide additional or supplemental privacy statements for certain products or services.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us @ support@mailzzy.com
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in Mailzzy. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Personal information: This can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any other information you voluntarily provide by filling in any forms on our website or by corresponding with us by email, live chat, phone or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our services and when you contact us for any reason. When you register for our services, we will ask for a range of information we need to collect in order to set up your account and engage one or more of our upstream email service or SMS service providers to handle your emails or SMS. If you contact us, we may keep a record of any information contained in the correspondence.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
We use the information we collect in various ways, including:
Mailzzy follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, Mailzzy uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors browser type and/or other information.
Mailzzy's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.
You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found on the browsers' respective websites.
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
You may request deletion of your Mailzzy account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@mailzzy.com or through your account settings, where available. Once a deletion request is submitted, your account will enter a 30-day cooling-off period, during which the account will be deactivated but not yet permanently deleted. This period allows you to cancel the deletion request and restore your account by signing in or contacting support before the 30 days elapse.
If no action is taken to cancel the request within this period, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to any legal, tax, or backup-retention obligations described elsewhere in this policy. Please note that some information may be retained in backup archives for a limited period even after deletion, and certain records may be kept where required by law.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Mailzzy does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
In accordance with our Terms of Use, we retain account data for as long as an account remains active. Accounts that have not been accessed or used for a continuous period of 24 months (two years) may be flagged as inactive. If your account is deemed inactive, we will attempt to notify you at the email address on file, and you will have 30 days from the date of that notice to sign in or otherwise use your account to keep it active. If no action is taken within this period, the account and its associated data may be permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to any legal, tax, or backup-retention obligations described elsewhere in this policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
