Getting Started with Mizo

Mizo helps you build a full campaign through conversation, from copy and design to audience selection. Mizo is currently available through early access. Here's how to request access and get started.

How to Request Access to Mizo

You can ask us in one of two ways:

Drop an email to support@mailzzy.com asking us to enable Mizo.
Raise a ticket asking us to enable it on your account.

Once your request is approved, Mizo appears in your left-hand navigation menu.

How to Open Mizo

Go to your Mailzzy dashboard.
Select Mizo from the left-hand navigation menu.

How to Start a Campaign

Describe the campaign you want to create, for example, "create a newsletter announcing our new feature."
Review the live preview as Mizo writes the copy and designs the email.
Ask Mizo to make changes, for example, adjust the tone or add an image.

How to Send Your Campaign

When your draft is ready, Mizo will ask you to choose an Audience, Sender, and Sending Domain.
Review the summary Mizo provides.
Reply yes to send, or no to cancel.

Note: Mizo is currently rolling out through early access, so it may not appear in your navigation menu until your account is enabled. You can pause a conversation with Mizo and pick it up later, your progress, including audience and sender selections, is saved.
