Mailzzy is built for legitimate email marketing. To protect the platform, maintain high deliverability for all users, and comply with applicable laws, all accounts must follow Mailzzy's acceptable use policy. Please read this article carefully before sending campaigns.
This policy applies to all Mailzzy users, including those on free and paid plans. By creating an account and using Mailzzy, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
The most important rule in email marketing is permission. You may only send campaigns to contacts who have explicitly agreed to receive emails from you. This means:
Note: Mailzzy actively monitors sending patterns. Campaigns with unusually high bounce rates, spam complaint rates, or other signals of poor list quality may be paused for review.
