Mailzzy's Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated on May 14, 2026

Mailzzy is built for legitimate email marketing. To protect the platform, maintain high deliverability for all users, and comply with applicable laws, all accounts must follow Mailzzy's acceptable use policy. Please read this article carefully before sending campaigns.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all Mailzzy users, including those on free and paid plans. By creating an account and using Mailzzy, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

You Must Only Send to Opted-In Contacts

The most important rule in email marketing is permission. You may only send campaigns to contacts who have explicitly agreed to receive emails from you. This means:

  • Do not purchase, rent, or use scraped email lists
  • Do not import contacts collected from social media platforms such as LinkedIn without their explicit consent
  • Do not add anyone to your list without their knowledge
  • Do not send to political or government mailing lists without verified opt-in consent

Note: Mailzzy actively monitors sending patterns. Campaigns with unusually high bounce rates, spam complaint rates, or other signals of poor list quality may be paused for review.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not permitted on Mailzzy under any circumstances:

  • Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or hacking tools
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment promotions
  • Financial scams, fraudulent stock or cryptocurrency promotions
  • Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Misleading or deceptive content, including fake sender identities

Anti-Spam Requirements

All campaigns sent through Mailzzy must comply with anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM (United States), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (European Union). At minimum, every campaign must:

  • Clearly identify the sender
  • Include an accurate and honest subject line
  • Include a valid physical mailing address
  • Include a visible and working unsubscribe link
  • Process unsubscribe requests promptly

Mailzzy automatically includes an unsubscribe link in every campaign. Do not attempt to remove or hide it.

Account Usage Rules

In addition to content restrictions, the following account behaviors are also prohibited:

  • Operating more than one Mailzzy account without prior written authorization
  • Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
  • Using Mailzzy to send spam or unsolicited messages of any kind
  • Engaging in data scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction of any data from the platform

Reporting a Violation

If you believe another Mailzzy user is violating this policy, please contact our support team at support@mailzzy.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate every complaint.
