How to Create a Segment with AI

Instead of adding conditions one by one, describe the contacts you want in plain language. Mizo, Mailzzy's AI, turns your description into a segment you can review, edit and save.

How AI Segments Work

Mizo reads your description and fills in the same condition builder you'd use to create a segment by hand. You always see the conditions it chose, so you stay in control of who's included.

Create a Segment with Mizo

1. Go to Contacts and open Segments.
2. Select Create segment with Mizo.
3. Describe the contacts you want.
4. Select Build segment.

Review and Edit the Segment

Mizo shows the conditions it built, along with a preview of the matching contacts. Change any condition you like. When everything looks right, select Save as segment and give it a name.
