When you use Mailzzy, you are trusting us with your business data and the personal information of your subscribers. We take that responsibility seriously. This article explains the technical and operational measures Mailzzy uses to protect your data, and what rights you have over the information we hold.
All data transmitted between your browser and Mailzzy's servers is encrypted using HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS). This means that data in transit — including your login credentials, campaign content, and contact information — is protected against interception.
Data stored within Mailzzy's infrastructure is also secured using industry-standard encryption and access control practices to prevent unauthorised access at the server level.
When you create a Mailzzy account, we collect information you provide directly, including:
When you upload or build a contact list in Mailzzy, those contact records are stored on Mailzzy's servers and used exclusively to enable your email campaigns. Your contact data is your data. Mailzzy does not share, sell, or use your subscribers' information for any purpose other than delivering the campaigns you create.
The people on your contact list are your responsibility. Mailzzy acts as a data processor on your behalf — we store and process their information only as directed by you through your campaign activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the necessary consent from your subscribers to store and email them.
Mailzzy uses cookies to keep you logged in, personalise your experience, and understand how the platform is used. Log files record standard server-side information including IP addresses, browser type, and session data. This information is used for security monitoring, analytics, and platform improvements. It is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Mailzzy works with third-party service providers — including email infrastructure providers, payment processors, and analytics tools — to operate the platform. Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. Mailzzy does not permit third-party advertising networks to access your data.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mailzzy.com. Mailzzy will respond to your request within one month.
Mailzzy is intended for users aged 16 and above, as stated in our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to Mailzzy, please contact us at support@mailzzy.com and we will remove the information promptly.
Mailzzy's privacy practices may evolve over time. When material changes are made to the Privacy Policy, we will notify account holders via their registered email address. The most current version of the Privacy Policy is always available at mailzzy.com/privacy-policy.
For any questions about how your data or your subscribers' data is handled, contact the Mailzzy team at support@mailzzy.com. We will respond to data-related enquiries within one month.
