What Data Mailzzy Collects

When you create a Mailzzy account, we collect the information you provide during sign-up, including your name, email address, company name, and contact number. We also collect usage data to help improve the platform.

When you upload contacts, they are securely stored in Mailzzy and used exclusively for your email marketing campaigns. Mailzzy does not sell or share your contact data with third parties.

Your Contact Data

The contacts you import or add to Mailzzy belong to you. You can export, edit, or delete your contact data at any time. Mailzzy does not use your subscribers' email addresses for any purpose other than delivering the campaigns you create.

Two-Factor Authentication and Passkeys

Mailzzy supports two-factor authentication (2FA) and passkeys to add an extra layer of security to your account. We strongly recommend enabling at least one of these methods to protect against unauthorized access. CCPA and Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request access to, deletion of, or opt-out of the sale of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mailzzy.com. We will respond to your request within one month.

Children's Privacy

Mailzzy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our platform, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
