Set up passkeys

Passkeys are a modern, secure, and passwordless way to log in to your account. Instead of relying on traditional passwords—which can be forgotten, reused, or compromised—passkeys use device-based authentication such as biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition), PINs, or secure hardware keys. This makes your Mailzzy account safer while also providing a faster and more seamless login experience across your trusted devices.

How to Add a Passkey to Your Mailzzy Account

Follow these simple steps to set up a passkey:

1. In the top-right corner of the page, click the dropdown arrow next to your profile name and email, then select Security.
2. Click Create Passkey
3. Enter a Passkey Name
4. Give your passkey a recognizable name (e.g., "My Laptop" or "Work Phone") to easily identify it later.
5. Your device will prompt you to select where to store the passkey (such as your device, password manager, or cloud-synced keychain).
6. Confirm your identity using your device's preferred method—such as fingerprint, face recognition, or PIN.

You're All Set!

Once the setup is complete, your passkey will be securely linked to your Mailzzy account. You can now log in quickly and safely without entering a password—just use your selected authentication method.
