If you have forgotten your password or can no longer access your Mailzzy account, you can reset it through the login page in a few straightforward steps. No support ticket is needed — the process is fully self-serve.
How to Request a Password Reset
- Go to the Mailzzy login page at send.mailzzy.com.
- Click Forgot Password below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your Mailzzy account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for an email from Mailzzy with the subject line containing a password reset link.
- Click the link in the email. It will take you to a page where you can create a new password.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save.
- You will be redirected to the login page. Sign in with your new password.
Note: The password reset link is valid for a limited time. If it has expired by the time you click it, return to the login page and request a new reset link.
I Did Not Receive the Reset Email
If the reset email has not arrived within a few minutes, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails from new senders sometimes land there
- Confirm you entered the correct email address. If you have multiple email addresses, try any others you may have used to sign up
- Add notifications@notify.mailzzy.com to your contacts or safe senders list and request a new reset link
- If you are still not receiving the email after trying the above, contact the Mailzzy support team at support@mailzzy.com for assistance
Creating a Strong Password
When setting your new password, we recommend choosing one that is:
- At least 8 characters long
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Unique to your Mailzzy account — not reused from another platform
Note: After resetting your password, consider enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) or passkeys for an additional layer of account security.
