If you attempt to log in and find that your Mailzzy account has been deactivated, there are several possible causes. This article explains the most common reasons and the steps you can take depending on your situation.
Mailzzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of use or acceptable use policy. Violations that may lead to deactivation include:
If your account was deactivated for a policy violation, you will have received a notification at your registered email address explaining the reason. Review the notification carefully.
Note: Accounts deactivated for serious policy violations are not automatically eligible for reinstatement. Contact support@mailzzy.com if you believe the deactivation was made in error and wish to appeal.
Mailzzy may deactivate accounts that have shown no activity over an extended period. If this applies to you, contact support@mailzzy.com to request account reactivation. The support team will confirm whether your data is still available and guide you through restoring access.
If none of the above reasons appear to apply to your situation, contact the Mailzzy support team directly at support@mailzzy.com. Include your account email address and a description of what happened when you tried to access your account.
