Is there a native Typeform integration?
Not yet. Mailzzy connects to Typeform through Zapier, using the public Mailzzy and Typeform apps.
Can I send different emails based on answers?
Yes. Map answers to tags, or use Zapier paths, then start a different Mailzzy automation for each answer or quiz outcome.
How do I get consent?
Add a consent question to your typeform and use a Zapier filter so only people who agree are added to marketing groups.
Will this create duplicate contacts?
No, if you use the Create or Update Contact or Find or Create Contact action. Mailzzy matches on email address, so a person who submits the form again is updated in Mailzzy instead of added twice.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Simple two-step Zaps work on Zapier's free plan. Multi-step Zaps, filters, paths and higher task volumes need a paid Zapier plan. Check Zapier's pricing page for current limits.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Zapier connects to Mailzzy with your Mailzzy API key and to Typeform through Typeform's own secure sign-in, so you never share passwords between the two. Zapier only moves the data your Zaps ask for, and you can turn a Zap off or disconnect either app at any time.
