How to Request a Feature in Mailzzy

Last updated on May 14, 2026

Mailzzy is built with our users in mind, and the product roadmap is shaped in part by the feedback and feature requests we receive from people who use the platform every day. If there is a capability you wish Mailzzy had, or a change to an existing feature that would make your workflow significantly better, we want to hear about it.

How to Submit a Feature Request

Feature requests can be submitted through any of the following channels:

  • Email – Send your request to support@mailzzy.com with the subject line "Feature Request: [brief description]". Describe what you would like to see and why it would be useful.
  • Contact form – Visit mailzzy.com/contact-us and use the message field to describe your feature idea.
  • During a support conversation – If you are already in contact with the support team about another issue, you can mention your feature idea in the same conversation.

What Makes a Strong Feature Request

The Mailzzy product team evaluates all feature requests, but a well-described request is far more useful than a vague one. Here is how to make your request as compelling as possible:

  • Describe the problem, not just the solution – Explain the workflow challenge you are facing. The team may find a better way to solve it than the specific feature you have in mind.
  • Explain who this affects – Is this something you need personally, or something your whole team or many Mailzzy users would benefit from?
  • Share your current workaround if you have one – Describing how you are currently working around the gap helps the team understand the urgency and impact.
  • Provide context about your use case – The more the team understands about how you use Mailzzy, the better they can evaluate whether the request fits the platform's direction.

What Happens After You Submit

All feature requests are reviewed by the Mailzzy product team. The team prioritizes requests based on factors including the number of users affected, how well the feature aligns with the product roadmap, and the level of development effort involved.

While not every request can be implemented, your feedback directly contributes to how Mailzzy evolves. Frequently requested features are given higher priority consideration in the product planning cycle.

Note: The Mailzzy team may follow up at your registered email address if they need further clarification about your request.
