How to Post to Facebook and Instagram from Mailzzy

Connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts to Mailzzy to write a post once and share it everywhere, right away or on a schedule.

Before You Start

• You need a Facebook account that's an admin of at least one Facebook Page. Mailzzy posts to Pages, not to personal Facebook profiles.

• To post to Instagram, you need an Instagram business account linked to one of your Facebook Pages.

• Connecting requires a paid plan.

Connect Facebook and Instagram

1. In Mailzzy, go to Integrations and select Meta.
2. Select Connect and sign in with Facebook.
3. Approve access for the Pages and Instagram accounts you want to use.

Create a Post

1. Go to Campaigns, select Create Campaign and choose Social Campaign.
2. Write your post and add your images.
3. Select every Page and Instagram account that should receive it.

Publish or Schedule

Choose Send now to publish right away, or Schedule for later and pick a date and time. Plan your posts to go out at the same time as your email campaigns.

Track Your Posts

Open Campaigns and select the Social tab to see your posts. Scheduled posts show as Submitted, and change to Completed once they're published, or Failed if something went wrong.
