Every Mailzzy plan includes limits for both emails and contacts. Understanding these limits helps you plan your campaigns effectively and avoid interruptions to your sending.
Your sending limit is the maximum number of emails you can send per month under your current plan. This count includes all emails sent across campaigns during your billing period.
In addition to email limits, each plan also includes a contact limit, which defines how many active contacts you can have in your account at any given time.
Mailzzy offers three main plans, each with different sending allowances:
Note: Contact and email limits scale with your plan. If you need higher limits, contact the Mailzzy team to discuss a custom plan tailored to your requirements.
If you reach your monthly email sending limit, you will not be able to send further campaigns until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade your plan.
If you reach your contact limit, sending will be paused until you either:
Mailzzy will notify you as you approach your limits so you have time to take action.
Your monthly email sending limit resets at the start of each billing cycle. The reset date is based on when you subscribed to your current plan.
If you regularly reach your email or contact limits, consider upgrading to a higher plan or requesting a custom plan.
