Do you have a refund policy?

Mailzzy does not offer refunds for used or unused credits, except in the following cases:

• A technical error on Mailzzy's end.

• A user is ineligible to send emails from Mailzzy’s shared IPs.

Please be aware that we cannot refund any unused months if the service was not used due to your account being suspended, compromised, or if you forgot to cancel your plan.
