Setting up a sender is an important part of email marketing with Mailzzy. The sender information — From name and From email address — is what your recipients see in their inbox. It helps establish trust and improves the chances of your email being opened.
You can create multiple senders to match different campaigns, teams, or departments.
In Mailzzy, a sender represents the person or business sending the email. Each sender consists of:
Follow these steps to add a new sender:
If you use a freemium email provider, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc., your From email address will automatically be replaced with a Mailzzy-managed domain (e.g., @trywithmailzzy.com or @sendwithmailzzy.com).

If you’ve added a custom domain email address (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com) but haven’t authenticated your domain, Mailzzy will still replace your From email with a Mailzzy domain. Authenticating your domain is key to gaining full control over your sender identity and improving your email performance.
Once you've added and verified your sender, you’ll be able to select it from the From dropdown during the email campaign creation process.
