These Terms and Conditions apply to the 2024 Mailzzy Email Saving Sale

Effective Dates:

This special offer is valid from 12:00 AM EST on November 25, 2024 to 11:59 PM EST on December 4, 2024.

Offer Details:

• Monthly Plan: Get 75% off for the first 3 months, after which the regular monthly subscription rate will apply.

• Annual Plan: Get 33% off for the first year, after which the regular annual subscription rate will apply.

Eligibility:

• The offer applies only to the subscription plans offered during the promotional period and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.

Payment Terms:

• For the Monthly Plan, payment will be billed at the discounted price for the first 3 months. After the 3-month discounted period, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular price for the subsequent billing cycle.

• Example: If you select a $18/month plan, you will be charged $4.50 per month for the first 3 months. On the fourth month, the charge will revert to the regular price of $18 per month.

• For the Annual Plan, the discount will be applied to the first 12 months of your subscription. After the first year, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular annual rate.

Billing:

• Payments will be processed according to the terms of the selected subscription plan. The billing cycle will follow the regular renewal schedule after the discounted period.

• For the Monthly Plan, you will be billed at the discounted rate for the first 3 months, and on the fourth month, the regular monthly rate will be charged.

• For the Annual Plan, you will be billed at the discounted rate for the first year, and the regular annual rate will apply at the time of renewal.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged at the regular rate.

Auto-Renewal:

• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the regular rate after the initial discount period, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Changes to the Offer:

• Mailzzy reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time during the promotional period without prior notice.

General Terms:

• Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

• All standard terms and conditions of service apply.

Limitation of Liability:

• Mailzzy is not responsible for any issues arising from the inability to redeem the offer due to technical errors, customer account issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
